Rude Security Personnel!

I'm one of the resident at VKC2, wish to complaint about the rudeness of the current securities personnels who behaves like hooligans/gangsters. Wearing red shirt on the evening of 8 August 2010 at 6.00pm. Being a lady ex-resident coming to visit my parents, he shouted at me and refusing to release the clamp (for exceeding 3 hours limit). The parking lot for visitors are half empty that time. At least have some grace period for the 'visitors' or at least have the courtesy to notify the resident via the in-built phone that connects directly to the unit. Is that too difficult to do when there are 2 guards are always hanging around doing nothing MOST of the time!
He has no right to be so rude when conversing and asking for money! Please send them for basic TRAINING on how to handle situations professionally! They were even rude towards my old aged parents! How ridiculous!
Upon paying the RM50 clamping fees, the receipt issued does not even have the management stamp on it. How do we know if the so called security actually took the money instead of to the management? I will not hesistate to bring this issue up to local govt authorities towards the management if no neccessary action taken against all the loopholes I as a resident encountered on 8 August 2010.
Bad experience!!!
