The condition of the room:
1. Small (enough to fit a bed, cupboard and table)
2. Air-conned and fan available (your choice)
3. Water Heater available
4. Washing Machine/Cooking gas available
5. Bed, table, chair are provided (except for cupboard)

You'll need to sign contract with us but there will be no minimum months for you to stay in the room (you may leave any time you want by informing us one month earlier).
