Noisy & inconsiderate tenants

Being adjacent to many colleges around the neighbourhood...vk has attracted many students..however it has been nuisance caused by some inconsiderate students..especially the foreigners..not being bias here..however this type of students create more problems ...i.e ..talking/shouting loudly at the balcony...banging doors loudly in the middle of nite.. vandalized the lift...etc...this is a community living...please be more considerate!!

They are college students so it is expected that they will behave like that. What I would suggest is that try to talk to them. Make them understand. It might help if you bring them some cake when you go talk to them. ;-)
