I can't help you there cyler but I know there's a real estate agent who lives in the C parcel. I think you can find his phone number around the VK area. Michael, I believe is his name.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.
I was in the JMB Meeting recently. Michael was there too. There was a commotion when he stood up to introduce himself as a candidate of the Committee.
Later I was made to understand that he does not give a good representation about Vista to outsiders. Apparently a lot of people are not happy with his service.
I later found out that he is the agent who has been putting stickers all over the complex including the lift ceilings. He also sticks his advertisements up using permanent glue all over the complex in B and C. As for A idont know because I have not been there.
I personally would not deal with such people.
I'm sure there are more ethical Real Estate Agents around besides him. Anyone else with any contacts?
Also, akj0711, I hope you don't mind the ads for vk.com.my on the notice boards! I couldn't put any up in block A because the notice boards were locked up.
It is allright to put up notices or advertisements on the notice boards. However it certainly is not good to paste the notices with permanent glue on the glass of the notice boards, celings of lifts etc. This amounts to vandalising the common property of our condominium. The notices cannot be removed properly due to the permanent glue and they become eye sores. Look around your notice boards and the lift celings and lift walls and you would understand what I mean. A few more of these stickers and we would end up staying in a high class flat!
As for the locked notice boards, I believe you could get the Management Office to help you put up the notices. We at Vista C are in the process of cleaning up the notice boards and securing it too. This is to ensure that the notices are screened through first and to ensure that notices are not put up indiscriminately, sometimes inconsiderately, covering other notices. In short we hope to ensure that the notice boards are maintained and not left unkempt.
thanks for the info. good job to keep the block clean.

Disclaimer: Its an estimation from the notices I've see, so its a basic ballpark figure
