I'm a chinese guy joining IMU medicine august intake so, AVAILABLE in August only!

I am sharing the unit with two other guys who are going medicine august intake as well!

We are furnishing the unit by ourselves, as it will be more cost efficient in the long term. (renting unfurnished unit is 1800 RM, furnished unit is 2400)..
