I am looking for a room for my children ( 2 young male, Local Chinese,clean, tidy and friendly, ) currently study in APIIT university @ TPM, ready to move in Middle of March. or not later than 1/4/2012. both of them will l be sharing in one room.

Room preferred :-
1) preferred local house mates only,
2) clean, furnished with 2 single bed, 2 study tables, air-cond, cupboard / ocker
3) attached bath rooms (optional)
4) rental Rm 550 - rm 650 per room
5) utilities - sharing or including : negotiable
