Property Loan Application Process - Quick guide

For those who feels like buying a unit in VK.
Here's the deal
STEP 1
The following documents needs to be provided before loan application can be
processed by the financial institution.
STEP 2
Upon acceptance of the letter of offer, a lawyer needs to be appointed to draw up the loan documentation. Normally, a lawyer would be selected from a list of panel lawyers provided by the financial institution.
STEP 3
Upon completion of the above, these documents are then submitted to the financial
institution and a copy of the Loan Agreement will be given. In general, the timeframe
for the completion of this legal process should not exceed 6 months.

Loan application process generally involves the submission of necessary documents to the financial institutions, which then follows with appointing a lawyer to draw up the loan documentation and the
process should not exceed 6 monthsAnd the loan application is the same even you buy properties other than those in VK :)
