I got a newsletter with a Form regarding Intercom. I have attached it at the bottom:
Do all units in VK-C have an intercom? Where are they usually? And what if there is a unit without one?

Yes. There is a intercom in
chinwan — Tue, 08/12/2008 - 15:44Yes. There is a intercom in each unit. It is just a phone outlet where you plug in a regular phone and it connects directly to the security guard house.

My guess is
leo — Tue, 08/12/2008 - 19:22from now on everytime there's a visitor coming in, they will call the tenant according to the unit quoted by the visitors, and to verify, then only they will let in.
However this would pose heavy jam in the guard house...

Initially when I moved in,
