The rental for the master bedroom is only RM750. Its considered cheaper than the usual master bedroom rental and plus, this unit was renovated recently...everything is in very good condition. This room also comes with a parking lot. If you have a car, u wouldn't have to go around hunting for a parking lot. And if you don't have a car, you can give it out for rental..this will lower your room rental as the average rental for parking lot is around RM100.
